Investor costs and support
Investor carries out a regular fees from the garage station administration, usually they vary from 20 - 30 USD a month per unit. Administration fees can be paid by agent on behalf of the investor. The administation fees included into all investment options, e.g. they are subtracted from gross income. The ROI and rental rates quotes are NET.

Moscow is a large developing city up to 15 mln people living/visiting it every day. The proposed investment properties are located in a luxury district of Moscow where there is a plenty of wealthy customers. They look for a good state properties of a business class to part a car, use it as self storage / small warehouse, production space (small repairs, movie production, etc). Basically you can choose from an existing set of properties of three types:
1) the property is bought by the investor from an agent and all necessary papers are ready within 30 minutes. we prefer to be paid by cash.
2) monthly rent payments are handed over / transferred to the investor after the purchase is over
In case you would like to invest into more than available properties of a certain type:
1) the investor pays the agent the total cost of the property depending on the type of options chosen and the number of units. Prepay 100%.
2) the agent completes refactoring within one month
3) the agent arranges marketing campaign to rent the property
4) the agent makes the property tenanted on behalf of the investor
5) the agent transfers the monthly payments to the investor
